Here's a quick edit on your 'catch and shoot' 3 attempts this past season. I charted 17/42 which is 40%...there were a handful of shots which were literally at the 1 second mark on the shot clock where you got caught with the ball I didn't chart.
Out of your 17 makes 13 of them you "1-2" stepped into your shot. Let's start to build a couple new habits.
1) Legs come together in the air. Try and maintain consistent leg width throughout the entire shot process.
2) Land and go backwards. Let's land and stand on balance, if anything falling forward.
