Efficiency #4 -- Catch and Rip

Here's an edit of you 'catch and ripping' ...I use this term when you catch and quickly rip the hands and ball by your defender.  Again not to beat a dead horse, but you're devastating when off the ball and you see the play before the catch and attack right away.  Your mind is seeing plays before they happen which is allowing you to attack the defense (your man and the help) before they can get set.

Some of these situations happen on your SOB at the elbow where you do a great job of attacking right away.

One other thing to note is your pull-up jumper off the 1-2 step in a couple of these clips.  Great base during the 'lift-off' and the 'landing'.

Keep up the great work!
