High School and College Strength Training

Our summer high school and college strength training program is eight weeks long and will take place at Newmarket High School, Dover High School, and Berwick Academy. 

There are a total of seven workouts per week taking place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.  A player may train up to four times per week at any location.

Cost:
   - Summer Membership: = $275
   - Month #1 Membership: June 27th - July 21st = $200
   - Month #2 Membership: July 25th - August 19th = $200
