Our summer high school and college strength training program is eight weeks long and will take place at Newmarket High School, Dover High School, and Berwick Academy.
There are a total of seven workouts per week taking place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. A player may train up to four times per week at any location.
